The Assam State Government has issued a new notification for all regular government employees that Apun Bahan Scheme Assam 2024 has been launched today. Those citizens who have been working in government services regularly for 7 years and their age is between 21 years to 53 years, they will be given the facility of interest rebate on auto loans under this scheme.
After applying under the scheme, employees will be provided subsidies on loans for petrol or diesel vehicles and electric vehicles. Through this, purchasing a vehicle will become very easy. As per the latest notification issued by the official authorities, the maximum amount of the loan should be 48 times the monthly income or Rs.15 lakh. This scheme was not started by the government for a long time but today the application forms have been released by the officials.

A manifesto has been issued to start a very golden initiative for the government employees of Assam state named Apun Bahan Scheme Assam 2024. Through the scheme, Government employees under the state government will be charged 2% interest on the purchase of petrol or diesel vehicles and 3% interest on electric vehicles for male employees. Women employees and disabled employees will be charged interest of up to 3% on every vehicle. A budget of Rs.108 crore has been released to provide benefits to the employees under the scheme.
